62 King Edward Avenue - WOODBINE-LUMSDEN
Two days ago, a reader sent in the listing for this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 17 x 127 foot lot with no parking at 62 King Edward Avenue in Woodbine-Lumsden.
And when I saw the front of the house, all I could think was...
What is that!?!
I have never seen anything like it.
Inside, it's not the worst flip. The floors are a weird stain and that front door location makes it hard to have a proper sitting area at the front. The backsplash and the stone throughout the house are definitely not my favourite.
And I don't know why they didn't level out the basement...
Or clean up the backyard a bit...

This house used to look like this when it was listed in September 2013 for $599,000...
