AND IT WENT FOR - 144 Galley Avenue - RONCESVALLES

Two weeks ago, I posted this 6+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with a detached garage on a 24.83 x 128.50 foot lot at 144 Galley Avenue in Roncesvalles. 

It was a house that I had originally posted in February 2013 and at the time, I thought it was a good house but could benefit from some work.

It was listed at $969,000.  It sold for $1,023,000.

At that price, I couldn't figure out if it was going to be gutted or stay as it.  Turns out, it was they left it exactly as it was.

Three and a half years later, it was on the market again for $1,199,000.

If it were to increase by 10% every year, it would be a $1,462,000 house today.  But I didn't think it would go that high.

It sold...

For (approximately) $1,510,000.
