On Monday, I posted a 6+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi with 3 parking spots on a 27.25 x 138 foot lot at 97 Walker Avenue in Summerhill.

It was a move right in house with some interesting paint choices.

According to a reader, it had already been listed for weeks but when I posted it, the asking price was $2,289,000.  I thought that considering the house down the street at 89 Walker Avenue...

That needed a lot of work and had no parking sold for $2,001,000, then the higher price for this house was worth it for the parking alone.

But it didn't quite sell at ask.

This house just sold...

For $2,230,000.
