10 Ellerbeck Street - PLAYTER ESTATES
This is a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on a 22.28 x 100.50 foot lot at 10 Ellerbeck Street in Playter Estates.
It is a house that used to look like this...
And here it is being renovated at the same time as the 2 houses to the south and the attached house to the north...
So, were these houses all sold to one developer? Or is this just a coincidence? I have no idea.
But I do know that I definitely prefer the look of the other houses...
Well, at least the first 2 houses.

Which it is. I am not sure why there is a mural of the New York skyline and I can't decide if I like that or not. The bathroom right at the front door is kind of weird and so is that weird bar/pantry area beside the kitchen (a family room extension would have been good here).
Upstairs, the bedrooms are good. The basement is a good size with another bathroom.
And if you don't want a lot of lawn and you don't mind a huge Shopper's Drug Mart sign lighting up your deck...
It is a great backyard.
But there is no parking.
And with an asking price of $1,599,000, no parking and a first floor that feels kind of small is kind of a dealbreaker.
But I guess you could always just park your car in the Green P parking lot 2 doors over...
