PRICE DROP #2 - 32 Beaty Avenue - PARKDALE
In April, I posted this 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 99.25 x 171 foot lot at 32 Beaty Avenue in Parkdale.
It's a large house that reminded me of the house around the corner at 208 Dunn Avenue...
But this house was on double the lot and was in better shape.
The house at 208 Dunn sold for $1,900,000 in December 2013. This house was listed 3 years later...
For $4,400,000!!!
That was insane.
Unsurprisingly, it didn't sell and the price was dropped in June to $3,950,000.
The price has now dropped again...
To $3,795,000.
