AND IT WENT FOR - 5 Euclid Place - TRINITY-BELLWOODS (3 comments)

In May, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi laneway house on an 18.75 x 65.67 foot lot at 5 Euclid Place in Trinity-Bellwoods.

It sort of reminded me of the house at 22 Crocker Avenue that I posted in January...

But that house had new windows and was all around in better shape.

Even though it was in better shape, it was a bit smaller.  It was listed at $765,000.  It sold for $811,000.

This house that had a basement that looked like this...

Was listed at $915,000.

I thought that was too high but...maybe.

It didn't sell and the price was dropped in June to $885,000.

Then in October, it was back at another drop and new photos that showed this...

The new asking price was $779,000.

Again it didn't sell and in November, it had another price change.

This time, it was an increase to $819,000.  I thought they were crazy.

It sold in mid-December...

For $805,000.
