It has since been renovated but because the tall white planters from before are still on the porch, my guess is this is not a flip.

But it is a good reno.  There are things that I don't love like the floors (too dark and shiny for me) and I would have preferred an island in that huge kitchen, and I don't love the exposed brick though I am sure others love it.

So overall, if you disagree with me about the floors, brick, and the kitchen, this is a solid reno with parking in a good neighbourhood.
