RELISTED - 44 Belmont Avenue - YORKVILLE (4 Comments)
In June, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom rowhouse with a 1 car garage on a 12.5 x 108 foot lot at 44 Belmont Avenue in Yorkville.
It was a really narrow house but it was a really good house.
It had previously been listed in 2014 when it looked like this...
It was listed then for $839,900. I wasn't sure but I assumed it sold around $970,000.
The new listing price in June 2016 was $1,769,000. It sold for $1,725,000.
It is now back on the market 7 months later with the same listing photos.
The new asking price is $1,899,000...
Which is a 10% growth. But still. I don't know.
