Two weeks ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhouse with 1 parking spot on a 31 x 60 foot lot at 222 Manning Avenue in Little Italy.

I had mentioned that it had a garage, but a reader pointed out that it was probably the garage for the whole complex and that kind of sucks being located right on top of it.

Otherwise, it was a great townhouse with a large deck.

It was listed at $2,285,000.

The reader who sent it in said...

'My guess it sells for ask or slightly above very quickly as there is such low inventory in Toronto.'

I agreed.

It sold 2 days after I posted it...

For $2,285,000.
