AND IT WENT FOR - 169 Inglewood Drive - MOORE PARK
Last week, I posted this 5+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 5,100 square foot house on a 50 x 139 foot lot at 169 Inglewood Drive in Moore Park.
It was a great house that was move-in-ready.
It immediately reminded me of the house 2 doors over at 173 Inglewood Drive that I posted in 2015...
Not necessarily on the outside but definitely on the inside.
But that house had a better flow to the first floor layout and it had a mudroom. Plus, the 4 bedrooms were larger because there were 2 on the third floor. This house had all 4 bedrooms on the second floor and the third floor was one big open room...
The house at 173 Inglewood Drive was listed at $2,995,000 and sold for $3,050,000. At a 10% annual increase, that would make it about a $3,690,000 house today...
Which makes the $3,675,000 asking price of this house make sense. Except this house didn't have the layout or the larger bedrooms so you would think it wouldn't sell quite that high.
But I thought it would sell for ask...if not a little more.
It sold...
For $3,875,000.
