This is a 5+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 5,100 square foot house with a detached garage on a 50 x 139 foot lot at 169 Inglewood Drive in Moore Park.
It's a great looking home from the front, but if you don't like the yellow door, this is what it used to look like...
I like the yellow door...the living room yellow, not so much. But I do really like the rest of the house.
When I saw the front hall...
I immediately thought of the house two doors down at 173 Inglewood Drive...
That had a very similar front hall...
Overall, the houses have a very similar feel. But that house was laid out better with a better flow on the first floor and bedrooms on the third floor with an extra bathroom instead of just a big open room...
(which is kind of awesome but I wonder how often it really gets used)
The kitchen at 173 Inglewood was larger with a butler's pantry, there was a larger family, and it had a mudroom.
To get the same thing here, there would need to be an addition with a renovated kitchen.
The house at 173 Inglewood was listed at $2,995,000 in March 2015. It sold for $3,050,000.
Two years later, this house is listed at $3,675,000.
Considering 173 Inglewood would now be a $3,690,000 house at a 10% annual increase, the price seems good. But since this doesn't have a layout with good flow and would need an addition to create that, it might be a little high.
But it will probably still for ask...if not a little more.
