Last week, I posted this 2+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 17.58 x 93 foot lot with no parking at 6 Bellhaven Road in Woodbine.
It was a house that looked like this when I posted it in December 2014...
It was listed then at $425,000. It sold for $473,100.
There were things I wasn't crazy about the flip like the dark floors, the stair carpet, the foyer, and the fact that the dining room looked small. But overall, it was a good house.
It was listed at $679,000. Because it was only 2 bedrooms and there was no parking, I thought it would sell closer to $730,000.
It sold...
For (approximately) $910,000.
