It has definitely seen better days, and the attempt to fix the windows didn't seem to have worked...
And as I mentioned, though the listing points out the sliding doors to the back yard...

But with a little over $100,000 in work (or less if there are no serious issues), this house could be a great house in a great alternative to more expensive neighbourhoods like Riverdale or the Beaches.
The house was listed at $425,000.
I thought it could sell for $485,000...higher if there was no parking.
It sold...
For $473,100.
So...I guess it doesn't have parking.
But as I mentioned in previous posts, as people get priced out of Riverdale and the Beaches, the value of this house is just going to continue to rise...
Even if you are stuck looking for parking every once in a while...
