In October 2015, I posted this 3+2 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached 2,940 square foot house with a 2 car garage on a 25.75 x 128 foot lot at 124 Amelia Street in Cabbagetown.

And when I posted it, I thought that maybe, just maybe, it would have a price drop.

It was built in 1980 and from the looks of the kitchen...

It hadn't really been touched since.

The asking price was $2,875,000.

A month later, the price was dropped to $2,750,000.

It didn't sell and almost a year later, it was back on the market in October 2016 for $2,375,000.

By November, the price was down to $2,099,000.

In January, the price was increased to $2,149,000.

It has finally sold...

For $2,100,000.
