This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with 2 parking spots on a 23 x 120 foot lot at 37 Grandview Avenue in Riverdale.

It is located 2 doors down from the semi that I posted last month at 41 Grandview Avenue...

That house was listed at $1,349,000 and sold for $1,610,000.

But like the house across the street that I posted in January 2013 at 34 Grandview Avenue...

This house is either a teardown or at least a gutter because there are no photos of the interior and the listing said...

I can't find any recent photos of the new house at 34 Grandview but this is what the exterior looked like in 2015...

And after finding the name of the architect, Jennifer Scholes Architect Inc., from the streetview photo...

I was able to find the interior photos as well...

I don't really get what's going on but what I can see, I like.

That house was on a 25 x 120 foot lot.  It was listed in 2013 for $849,900 and sold for $849,000 (or what would be about $1,260,000 today at 10%).

This house that sits on a similar lot was listed at $949,000.

It sold in April 2016*...

For $1,301,800.

*thanks to the reader below who pointed out that this house sold in April which makes the selling price for this teardown closer to $1,450,000 now.  And according to this Building Application Status, building didn't even start until at least October....which means this will probably come on the market in April at $2.3.
