AND IT WENT FOR - 73 Kenwood Avenue - HUMEWOOD

A little under 2 weeks ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with 3 laneway parking spots on a 25 x 130 foot lot at 73 Kenwood Avenue in Humewood.

It was a house that used to look like this...

The second I saw the front, I thought of the Mount Dennis house at 18 Sunnybrae Crescent that I posted in September...

They were very similar on the outside but not so much on the inside.

I preferred this house with the floors and the white walls but the living room was a little small.

It was listed at $1,349,000.

When I posted it, I titled it as 'Sold', so it had already sold.  But by the time I got to finish writing the post, I clearly forgot because I said I thought the house 'would probably sell fast and closer to $1,450,000'.

Well, it had sold 5 days before I posted it...

For $1,565,000.
