AND IT WENT FOR - 41 Grandview Avenue - RIVERDALE (1 Comment)

Last week, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi with a 2 car detached garage on a 19 x 120 foot lot at 41 Grandview Avenue in Riverdale.

It was a good house that had a kitchen that was designed by Donald Chong, the same architect behind the house at 8 Ridout Street in Roncesvalles...

And like that house, I really liked the kitchen of this house.  I just wasn't a fan of this basement staircase ceiling bump out....

Otherwise, it was a really good house.

The asking price was $1,349,000.

I thought it would go over ask.  But because it was only 2 bathrooms, I thought it would go closer to $1,495,000.

It sold...

For (approximately) $1,610,000.
