PRICE DROP #2 - 124 Amelia Street - CABBAGETOWN
A year ago, I posted this 3+2 bedroom, 3 bathroom, detached 2,940 square foot house with a 2 car garage on a 25.75 x 128 foot at 124 Amelia Street in Cabbagetown.
And I thought that maybe...
Just maybe...
This place would have a price drop.
It was built in 1980 and from the looks of this intercom...
It hadn't changed since. So, it needed a lot of work.
It was listed at $2,875,000.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped in December 2015 to $2,750,000.
It was going to need another drop.
Almost a year to the day after it was first listed, this house has now had another drop.
The new price is $2,375,000.
