At the beginning of March, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi with a detached 2 car garage at 252 Macpherson Avenue in Rathnelly.

It was a flip of a house that used to look like this...

It was a really good reno designed by Vanessa Fong Architect and redone by Mazenga Building Group.
