And from the amount of readers who have sent in the listing for this 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on 48 x 94 foot lot at 22 Cottingham Road in South Hill, I am not alone.
It's the Grey House that was basically a fishbowl with no living room.
It was initially listed in March 2013 for $3,195,000 with the listing calling it 'South Hill's Landmark Home'.
Ummm...
It didn't sell and the price was dropped in April to $2,988,000. Then in May when the price was down to $2,799,000. And again in July when it dropped to $2,645,000. And again in September after it was listed with a new video finally showing the yard. The asking price was $2,536,888.
It finally sold in September 2015 or $2,250,000.
Well, it's back on the market and it has a new price.
$4,318,888.
