PRICE DROP - 89 Whitehall Road - ROSEDALE
So, this one's not a surprise.
About a month ago, I posted this 5+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom duplex with 3 parking spots on a 38 x 125 foot lot at 89 Whitehall Road in Rosedale.
It was a flip of an old school duplex that actually just needed some updating. Instead, they gutted the place and opened up the walls. And I didn't love it.
A year ago, it was listed at $2,249,900. It sold for $2,200,000.
After the gut, the asking price was $3,495,000.
This was NOT a $1.3 million flip.
So, it's not a surprise that it hasn't sold and the price has been dropped. The new asking price is...
$3,295,000.
Probably going to need another drop.
