A little over a month ago, I posted a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom cottage on a 20 x 129 foot lot at 321 Manning Avenue in Little Italy...
It was an updated version of a house that used to look like this...
A house that looks a lot like this house.
Except this house has more charm with the front porch and a move-right-in interior.
It's not an interior I would choose for myself at all, but I find it a very interesting house. And I appreciate the use of the moss green colour throughout the house, including the front porch.
I feel like the interior, at least the living room and dining room, may have been inspired by this video...
So, not what I would go for but interesting.
It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house on a 25 x 124.04 foot lot with a garage at 233 Clinton Street in Palmerston.
It is probably a little close to Harbord for some people as it is the first house just south of that street. And this style might not be for everyone. But it could be changed easily with paint and perhaps a new kitchen and bathroom if you find those are dated.
The updated house at 321 Manning Avenue sold for $1,840,000.
This house that is smaller is listed at $999,000.
So, it will probably sell just around list.
P.S. How much coffee do these people drink!?!
