PRICE DROP - 75 Glen Edyth Drive - SOUTH HILL
This house has been listed for LOOOONG time.
It is a 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 67 x 180 foot lot at 75 Glen Edyth Drive in South Hill.
And when I first posted it in 2012, it was 2 years after it had been the Toronto Life House of the Week.
That was in 2010 and the asking price was $5,880,000.
When I posted it, the asking price was down to $4,998,000 and had been at that price since November 2010.
As a whole, it was a good house, but the front hall...
It reminded me of the the lobby of the downtown Passport Office at 75 Victoria Steet.
It sat on the market for 2 years but I guess it never sold because it was back on the market in April 2016 with the same furniture. The asking price was $8,800,000.
That was a little high.
It has now had a price drop. The new asking price is...
$7,498,000.
