Or the fact that the front hall reminds me of the lobby of the downtown Passport Office at 75 Victoria Steet....
I would actually really like this place!
This house has been listed since in 2010 was listed for $5,880,000 and was the Toronto Life House of the Week.
It is now listed at $4,998,000 (and has been since November 2010).
It is 4 bedrooms (thought TL said 5 back in 2010), 4 bathrooms, is 12,060 square feet, and it sits on a 67 x 180 foot lot overlooking a ravine.
Would you be more willing to spend that money on this house or the one around the corner at 1 Glen Edyth that was listed in June for $5,280,000 but then dropped its price to $4,880,000 in August?
Both are over priced and both are still on the market so take your pick!!
