It was listed last Wednesday and sold in 4 days for its listing price of $977,000.
If you like white, brown and black, then you will LOVE this place. Plus every corner is given some thought. I feel like whoever lives here really knows what they are doing and just happen to not like a lot of colour. Personally, I would need more colour. Or they are a really good shopper and purger. Or just SUPER organized.
What do you think? Would you pay almost a million dollars to live here? It does have a garage...
