About 10 days ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom townhouse with a 1 car detached garage on a 16.54 x 128.81 foot lot at 251 Roxton Road in Bickford Park.

It was a good townhouse.

I wasn't crazy about the banquette but it looked really good with the 2 bar shelves on either side of the bench...

And I really liked the kitchen.

It was listed at $1,999,000.  I thought it would sell closer to $2,200,000.

It sold 3 days after I posted it...

For $2,000,000.
