This is a 3+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom townhouse with a 1 car detached garage on a 16.54 x 128.81 foot lot at 251 Roxton Road in Bickford Park.
And it is a really good townhouse.
The first floor reminds me a lot of the townhouse condo at 56 Lippincott Street that I posted at the beginning of April...
But I like this place a LOT more.
I don't normally like banquettes but this one looks great and I love the bar shelves on either side of the table. I also really like the kitchen. I can see people not liking the open shelves but I think it looks really good.
The rooms upstairs are bright with en suites for each room. And the basement could either be a good playroom or in-law suite or even a rental with the separate entrance.
The condo at 56 Lippincott that also had condo fees of $647.84/month was listed at $1,249,000. It sold for $1,625,000.
This place that could arguably be in a better location is listed at $1,999,000.
It will sell fast and probably closer to $2,200,000...maybe a little more.
And the 'spirit shelves' are included!!!
I wonder if they will throw in the spirits as well.
