PRICE DROP - 202 Howard Park Avenue - RONCESVALLES/HIGH PARK (2 Comments)

At the end of November, I posted this 5 bedroom, 1 bathroom house on a 35 x 240 foot lot at 202 Howard Park Avenue in Roncesvalles/High Park.

It was a house that had no interior photos.  The asking price was $3,250,000.

Then a reader commented and said...

Seems to be part of a 3 property deal, interesting...

I am not sure if the house at 206 Howard Park Avenue below was one of those houses (scroll to view all photos)...

It sold at the beginning of April for $1,009,000 with an asking price of $949,000.

This house has now had a price drop.  This house that shows no indication of being part of a group of 3 properties has now had a price drop.

The new asking price for this house is $1,895,000.

Still nope.
