PRICE DROP - 39 Heath Street West - DEER PARK
A month ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom row house with a garage and parking for 4 cars on a 20.67 x 184.38 foot lot at 39 Heath Street West in Deer Park.
It was a row house in a set of 3 houses that were originally built in 1880.
But this house has had been recently updated. Well, most of it. For some reason they spent a lot of money on new floors and a kitchen but they didn't touch this 80s bathroom in the basement...
Otherwise, it was a pretty impressive house.
The asking price was $3,895,000. I thought it wouldn't sit for long and that it would sell over asking.
It didn't do either. This house still hasn't sold and it just had a price drop. The new asking price for this house is...
$3,685,000.
