PRICE DROP - 70 Hilton Avenue - CASA LOMA (1 Comment)
At the beginning of June, I posted this 5+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 30 x 99.50 foot lot with a detached garage at 70 Hilton Avenue in Casa Loma was in April 2012.
It was a house I had posted before in April 2012 when I realized it was a flip done by the Cornish Flippers.
For the most part, I liked it. I just didn't like the dining room and how small it seemed and I didn't like these posts...
What is that!?!
In 2012, it was listed at $1,499,000. It sold for $1,605,000. At a 10% annual increase, that would make this a $2,585,000 house now.
At the beginning of June, it was listed again with what seemed like no changes. The asking price was $2,149,000.
I didn't think it would sell for $2.6 but $2.4...maybe. It never sold and the price has been dropped.
The new asking price for this house is now...
$2,025,000.
