This is a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom row house with a 1 car garage on a 13.78 x 101.54 foot lot at 33 Howie Avenue in Riverside.

That happened in the Pizza Pizza around the corner on Queen...

It happened a week ago and was first posted on Reddit and then reported by The Star, then blogTO, and as of today. Daily Mail.
I'm not sure if this sort of thing goes down at the Pizza Pizza at Queen and Broadview very often but from the look of the guy's face who was working behind the counter (see his reaction at 3:34)...

Will the video effect the sale of this house that is located around the corner? I doubt it.
But the price of this house might.
It has been on the market for 3 weeks. It is a good house on a quiet street with an okay sized yard and a garage and it has a good principal suite on the 3rd floor with 2 walk-in closets. But it is narrow and it is a row house. And it is only 3 bedrooms.
The asking price is $1,499,000.
That might be a bit much.
