A month ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with 2 parking spots on a 33 x 222 foot ravine lot at 73 Astley Avenue in Rosedale.

It was a good ravnie house that had been a little updated since it was last listed in 2015.  And what they did, like changing the stair railings, made a big difference.

In 2015, it was listed at $1,759,000.  I'm not sure what it sold for.

A month ago, it came back on the market at $2,650,000.

It didn't sell and the price was dropped 3 weeks later to $2,550,000.  I wasn't sure that was enough.

Five days later, it sold...

For $2,500,000.
