Last week, I posted this 9+4 (the listing now says 6) bedroom, 5 bathroom (the listing now says 4) duplex rooming house on a 20 x 151 foot lot with 2 parking spots at 69 D'Arcy Street.

It was first listed in 2012 when these were the listing photos...

The asking price was $1,290,000.

It never sold and it was back on the market in March 2015 with the same listing photos.  This time the asking price was $1,990,000.

It never sold.  

Or maybe it did because I just realized that a white portico (is that the word) was added to the front...

The new asking price was $1,388,000... 

Which was a LOT better than $1,990,000.

It sold on Tuesday...

For $1,388,888.
