PRICE DROP - 1 Roof Garden Lane - DOVERCOURT PARK
In September, I posted this 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 8,000 square foot, converted warehouse at 1 Roof Garden Lane just north of Bloor in Dovercourt Park.
It was a loft-like space that was really large...
And reminded me of the interior of the house at 176 Bedford Road in the Annex...
And of the house at 4270 Av. Colonial in Montreal...
But with less furniture.
There was parking, the bathrooms were really good, the roof top deck was huge, and if you had a lot of art, this place was perfect.
It was listed at $6,495,000...
Which was a lot.
It hasn't sold and though I don't know when it happened, a reader sent this in today and it has had a price drop.
The new price for this converted warehouse is...
$5,995,000.
Probably still too high.
