AND IT WENT FOR - 139 Barton Avenue - SEATON VILLAGE

In July, I posted this 4+2 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 20 x 110 foot lot just east of Christie at 139 Barton Avenue in Seaton Village.

It was a house that looked like this in May 2015...

So, it looked like it had been totally renovated with a third floor addition.

And they did a good job.

 I liked the ridge-y floors that I am usually not so crazy about.  But I wished they had done an island because that kitchen looked like it is wide enough for one.

The bedrooms were a good size and there was a rental unit in the basement.  I just wasn't so sure about this...

But it was a good house overall.

A month before I posted it, it had been listed at $1,950,000.  When I posted it, the price was down to $1,880,000.

It sold 3 weeks after I posted it...

For $1,860,000.
