AND IT WENT FOR - 33 Howie Avenue - RIVERSIDE (1 Comment)

I am so confused.

On July 17, I posted this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom row house with a 1 car garage on a 13.78 x 101.54 foot lot at 33 Howie Avenue in Riverside.

This morning, I received an email from a reader that said...

It was listed for $1.599M on June 14, 2017 but that listing was terminated after 9 days with no sale.

The following day (June 23, 2017) it was relisted (same agent) at $1.499M and sold for 97% of ask ($1.449M) after 13 days on the market.

So I checked and it DID sell on July 5 for $1,449,000.

Was I too confused by the amazing Pizza Pizza melee video to realize that it sold?  That is very possible.  But why was it still on MLS on July 17?  I don't get it.

Anyhow, it sold.

Update on that fight?

 According to Northumberland News...

Two Hamilton Township residents, aged 32 and 19, were charged with causing a disturbance by fighting and mischief under $5,000 and will appear in court Aug. 27.
