In May, I posted this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom row house with a garage and parking for 4 cars on a 20.67 x 184.38 foot lot at 39 Heath Street West in Deer Park.

It was a good house with an impressive living room...

But the principal bathroom...

And the basement bathroom...

Look like they hadn't been touched since this place was built in 1981.

But overall, it was a good house.  The asking price was 3,895,000.

At the time, I thought it would sell fast and possibly over asking.  It didn't sell and the price was dropped in June to $3,685,000.

It finally sold...

For $3,295,000.
