In April, I posted this 10,200 square foot (does that include the 5,000 square feet of terrace?) condo on 2 levels with 3 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 4 parking spots at #1400 - 155 Cumberland Street in Yorkville, Toronto.

In that post, I mentioned that when I saw this photo…

I thought it was the lobby of the building.

In fact, it is the front hall of this apartment. It’s kind of insane.

And it has been on the market since 2011 when the asking price $28,000,000.

When I posted it in April, the price had gone up to $31,500,000.

It still hasn’t sold and the price has been dropped last month to…

$28,750,000.
