PRICE DROP #2 - 10 Highland Avenue - ROSEDALE, TORONTO
In July 2016, I posted this 6+1 bedroom, 10 bathroom house on a 105 foot wide lot at 10 Highland Avenue in Rosedale.
It was a a Joe Brennan design, the same architect who, at the time, was selling the $10,950,000 church conversion at 510 College Street in Palmerston...
It was a large house that you could see better from the streetview...
It was a very impressive house and a huge lot only minutes to downtown...
But $27,500,000!?!?!
It thought that was really high.
A year later, the price was dropped to $22,000,000.
Not quite a year later, the price has been dropped again...
To $19,800,000.
