PRICE DROP #2 -441 Heath Street East - BENNINGTON HEIGHTS, TORONTO
At the beginning of April, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 7 bathroom house on a 50 x 100 foot lot at 441 Heath Street East in Bennington Heights.
It was a really good rebuild (I initially though it was a new build) that used to look like this...
Other than the brown bookshelves in the family room, there wasn't a lot to complain about. In fact, it was a really good house in a very family friendly area.
When I posted it, it had already been on the market for at least 2 months. The asking price was $4,800,000.
Two days after I posted it, the price was dropped to $4,650,000.
It still hasn't sold and the price has dropped again to $4,495,000...
And I think that was a few weeks ago so maybe there will be another drop. Which at this point, I'm not really getting because this is a really good house.
But I did just notice the location of the fridge right in front of the sink. That isn't ideal.
