PRICE DROP - 57 Astley Avenue - ROSEDALE, TORONTO (1 Comment)
At the beginning of March, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 27.5 x 248 foot lot with 1 parking spot at 57 Astley Avenue in Rosedale.
It was a completely renovated house that used to look like this in 2015...
Assuming it was a flip, it was a really good flip. It wasn't a huge house and this was the extent of the backyard...
But it was a really well done house with a beautiful ravine view (just not sure what's going on with that railing).
It was listed at $3,099,900. For a 3 bedroom, I thought that was high.
At some point, I think the price was dropped to $2.9 something. I wasn't feeling that either.
It has now dropped again to...
$2,499,000.
