RELISTED - #12 - 7 Brimley Road - CLIFFSIDE, TORONTO
Two weeks ago, I posted a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house boat at #25 7 Brimley Road in Bluffers Park Marina in Cliffside...
It had looked like this when it was last listed in 2016 for $650,000...
When it was listed 2 weeks ago, the asking price was $1,250,000. For a split second, it dropped to $995,000 but it is now back up to $1,250,000.
But, they might want to drop it again because a house farther down the dock at #12 7 Brimley Road that was listed last year for $980,000 is back on the market after presumably not selling.
The asking price is now...
$995,000 with $755/month mooring fees and $1,000 in gross taxes.
Hmm. Did I get that #25 price drop mixed up with this one last week!?! I'm pretty sure I didn't.
So, #25 might want to drop the price again if they want to sell first.
