Two years ago, I posted a house boat at #25 - 7 Brimley Road in Bluffer's Park Marina in Cliffside.
It was a house that looked like this...
It was listed at $650,000.
And it is 1 of 6 Bluffer's Park Marina house boats I have posted to date.
This one is the 7th....I think.
I say 'I think' because this house boat is in the same slip as that blue house boat that I posted in 2016.
But I don't think it is the same boat. I think this one is new because it isn't on an angle like the blue one and it almost seems easier to just bring in a new one rather than renovate with an addition or whatever may have happened.
When I first saw the interior photos, I thought it was the house boat at #7 -7 Brimley Road that I posted last summer...
And that maybe it never sold and was back on the market. But then I realized this one was located right beside the dock.
The house boat at #7 was listed at $1,098,000 with an $842/month mooring fee.
Less than a year later, this house boat is on the market for...
$1,275,000 with a $1,000/month mooring fee.
Hmmm.
