161 Palmerston Avenue Unit C - LITTLE ITALY, TORONTO *UPDATE* (5 Comments)

ANOTHER one!!!

This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 1,679 square foot townhouse with a parking spot at 161 Palmerston Avenue  in Little Italy in Toronto.

It is a 3 unit development (I'm assuming) on a lot that used to look like this...

And this would be the Green Couch Developers 8th project (that I am aware of).

Like those developments, this doesn't have a huge living space area but it does have great finishes throughout.  There are the white oak floors, the large windows, a good kitchen, and lots of storage.

And if you wanted a proper dining table, you could always put a big dining table in the kitchen area with comfortable seats and use the basement as the living space instead of squishing a couch and a small table in the kitchen which is kind of awkward for a family.

Or, if you are single or a couple, leave it as is and use one bedroom as a guest room and the other as an office.

Either way, this is a great condo option if you are okay with the small living space, a front yard made of pea gravel as your outdoor space...

And living on a laneway beside the back of a restaurant and this mess...

Is that a smoker!?!  That could be a giant, stinky, silver deal breaker.

This house is listed at $1,199,000 (not sure if this one has a condo fee like the others).

*UPDATE*:  Thanks to a commentor who pointed out that one of the other units was being listed as a 'hotel' on Travelocity...

I googled it and found that THIS unit was recently being used as a 'hotel' as well.  Here is the link for this unit.
