Two years ago, almost to the day, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 20 x 110 foot lot with a garage and 3 parking spaces at 11 Garnet Avenue in Christie Pits.
It was a new build on a lot that used to look like this...
According to the reader who had sent it in, it had been listed 5 days before I posted it with an asking price of $1,800,000. Two days later, the price was down to $999,000.
A month later, there was a price increase to $1,589,000.
A year ago, it was back on the market for $1,988,000.
Now it is back on the market with the same furniture from the first listing...
And the same toilet that looks it has no leg room...
For $1,899,000.
