This is a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom detached house with a detached 2 car garage on a 20 x 172.75 foot lot at 103 Robert Street in Harbord Village in Toronto.

It was last on the market in 2012 when it was listed at $1,295,000 and looked like this…

My guess is that it has been completely renovated since then and I like it.

There is a little more art on the stairs and that wall than I would like, but other than that, there isn’t a lot else to say other than this is a great move-in-ready house with a party room/garage at the back.

It reminds me of the house at 878 Palmerston Avenue in Seaton Village…

It was listed in 2016 at $2,495,000 and sold for $2,700,000.

Two years later, this house is listed at $2,950,000.

I don’t see it sitting for long.
