In December (before I took a couple weeks off), I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 20 x 131 foot ot at 134 Bartlett Avenue in Dovercourt Park in Toronto.

It wasn’t a huge house but it was a good, move-in ready detached house located across the street from Dovercourt Park.

It was listed at $1,289,000 and I didn’t think it would sit for long.
