This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 20 x 131 foot ot at 134 Bartlett Avenue in Dovercourt Park in Toronto.
The feel of it reminds me of the house at 4 Adrian Avenue in Pelham Park…
Especially with the guitar and piano.
But this house has a better kitchen that is really bright and has lots of storage and is on a larger lot in a better location.
The listing says there is a kitchen in the basement (though it doesn’t look like there is a stove) and could become a rental with an entrance at the back if you were to add a wall at the end of the kitchen on the main floor.
Or just leave the main floor kitchen as is with it open to the basement and use the basement as a dog grooming business as this seems to have been in the past…
Or just use it as a family room area.
The smaller house at 4 Adrian Avenue was listed at $799,000 and sold for $975,000.
This house is larger, on a larger lot, is more up-to-date, and is in a more family friendly and less industrial location literally across the street from Dovercourt Park…
The asking price is $1,289,000.
I don’t see this sitting for long.
