This is a 3 bedroom, 6 bathroom (or is it 3?)*, 2,250 square foot house on a 15 x 86 foot lot at 154 Hamilton Street in the Riverside neighbourhood in Toronto.

This is what it used to look like…

So, it looks like the original foundation was used for this new build because it makes no sense that a new build wouldn’t be built closer to the street so that you could have a back yard instead of this as the backyard…

And this as the frontyard…

And they would have avoided the battle of the limbs of the neighbour’s tree that was reported on CBC in 2016…

Other than the weird placement of the house on the lot and the fact that this is the total of the living space…

And the fact that this is the house from above…

Uhh….

This is nicely done for the most part.

The asking price is…

$2,999,000.

Umm…what!?

*Apparently this is not a 6 bedroom but 3 bedroom house.
