This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 905 square foot condo with 163 square feet of balcony and 1 parking spot at 39 Queens Quay East #902 on the lake in Harbourfront in Toronto.
It’s 1 of 10 condos currently for sale in the Pier 27 development but this one stood out becuase of the decor.
According to the listing, it was ‘professionally redesigned’ and you can tell.
It looks like panelling has been added to the walls to give it a more custom feel. I’m guessing door knobs were changed and perhaps the kitchen counter and backsplash. Otherwise, it looks like most of the design is in the art and furniture. And the plants. There are a lot of plants.
The development has an outdoor pool…
An indoor pool…
A sauna…
A good gym…
And a movie theatre…
And it is short walk to Sugar Beach and right on the water…
Which would be awesome in the summer.
But in the winter!?! It must be freezing! Maybe the location in the summer is worth the trade off.
The asking price is $939,000 (with $746.96/month in fees)…
Which works out to $1,037/square foot (not including the balcony).
Is that panelling worth it? Not sure but because this place shows so well, it will probably sell before the other 9 condos in this development.
P.S. Literally right after posting this, I realized that the mirror over the bed looked familiar…
And so I checked pasts posts and it turns out, this seems to be the condo of the former owners of the condo at 112 George Street S626 and there is that mirror in the middle of that wall (as well as that deer)…
That fig leaf plant has REALLY grown.
P.P.S. I have to admit…I’m kind of shocked I pieced that together.
